We learned yesterday that the Huawei P10 was certified by the FCC and today we find out that said certification also meant a batch of pictures of the device was taken. Well, that batch is shown below and we get to know the newcomer better. There’s even a look under the hood.

These are real shots and we’re 99% sure that they’re legit. The device is codenamed VTR-L09 and this Huawei P10 is getting ready to be unveiled on February 26th during an event in Barcelona. The dual camera is indeed present, with Leica optics and we also get a laser focus mechanism, dual LED flash and then a fingerprint scanner placed upfront as a Home button.

The plastic antenna cutouts a la iPhone 7 are also present. There’s an USB Type C port in the mix, the audio jack is also here, so it hasn’t been sacrificed like on the latest iPhones, while the insides seem to be well organized. Metallic insertions are present and the battery seems rather hefty and offering a capacity of 3100-3200 mAh. Huawei P10 is shown in silver here, but it’ll also come in the recently teased color hues blue, green and gold.

From a visual standpoint, the device hasn’t changed in a huge way compared to the predecessor, at least on the outside. The narrower bezels are possibly the biggest change.
