ITG’s xpPHone is finally available, making it the first smartphone to run Windows XP. The device was showcased quite a while ago and recently we’ve learned that the same company has got a Windows 7 phone in the making. If you want it for less, you can pay $732 and get the xpPhone 3G-free or $666 (nothing evil here) for the DOS version of the handset and lacking 3G. As far as specs are concerned, the list below pretty much says it all:

  • Display: 4.8 inch touchscreen, 16:9, 1024 x 768, dual resolution
  • Memory: 512MB RAM, 16GB SSD
  • CPU: AMD Super Mobile CPU
