ITG’s xpPHone is finally available, making it the first smartphone to run Windows XP. The device was showcased quite a while ago and recently we’ve learned that the same company has got a Windows 7 phone in the making. In case you’re tempted by this device, know that it’ll be available for $798 PayPal Bux in the 3G version.
If you want it for less, you can pay $732 and get the xpPhone 3G-free or $666 (nothing evil here) for the DOS version of the handset and lacking 3G. As far as specs are concerned, the list below pretty much says it all:
- Display: 4.8 inch touchscreen, 16:9, 1024 x 768, dual resolution
- Memory: 512MB RAM, 16GB SSD
- CPU: AMD Super Mobile CPU
- Size: 175 x 84 x 25.5mm
- Connectivity: 3G, Bluetooth 2.0, WiFi 802.11 b/g, GPS, USB 2.0

- Battery: Li-polymer, 2150 mAh, talk time: 5 hours
