Yesterday, the Indian smartphone producer XOLO announced the launch of a new devices that runs Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, device called Win Q1000. This one arrives in the package with mid-range specs and has a $137 price tag.

For this amount of money we’ll get a phone with a 5-inch HD display (1.280 x 720 pixels), a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, 1 GB of RAM memory, 8 GB space of internal storage, a microSD card slot up to 32 GB and a 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash.

There’s also a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0, 3G connectivity and a 2.200 mAh battery. From the design point of view XOLO Win Q1000 brings a little bit with the HTC 8s, device that arrived with WP and similar colorful cases.
