Casio is preparing an October 2026 release for the G-Shock DW-5600BEP-9, a third collaboration with Japanese streetwear label BlackEyePatch. The special edition puts the familiar square DW-5600 design in an assertive gold-and-black finish, while retaining the core durability and timekeeping features of the long-running G-Shock model.
The watch has a gold-tone case and band surrounding a black digital display. BlackEyePatch branding is engraved on the stainless-steel case back, and Casio is also supplying custom packaging. Its bezel and band use bio-based resin, a material Casio has increasingly adopted across newer G-Shock releases.
There are no new smart features beneath the collaboration design. The DW-5600BEP-9 offers shock resistance, 200-meter water resistance, a stopwatch measuring to 1/100th of a second, a 24-hour countdown timer, a multifunction alarm and a white LED backlight. It weighs 53 grams and uses a CR2016 battery rated for approximately five years of operation.

Casio has set the Japanese price at ¥19,800. The model is also listed on Casio’s global website, pointing to availability beyond Japan, though the company has not detailed regional release plans or pricing for other markets.
